Winter Support Package

Supporting the wellbeing of our region is vital and ensures our staff members are well equipped to deliver the best patient care at any time, especially during the upcoming winter season when our colleagues will encounter a number of pressures and challenges.

NEYLA has designed a ‘Winter Support Package’ named Looking After Yourself.

Commencing from November to January, this winter support package will include blended learning through a range of bitesize offers, tools and resources. The programmes are designed to prioritize ‘self’ initially, with a focus on leaders supporting their teams and the overall organisation.

Please see below an overview of the workshops included in this package.

The Lego Serious Play Method is a process that acknowledges that participants bring unique insights, skills and knowledge to the table and facilitates the sharing and application of these perspectives. The workshop is a fully immersive experience for the participant and encourages active participation that is supported by skilled facilitation.
