Managing self and the team; exploring insights and simple guiding principles with Lego Serious Play

The LEGO SERIOUS PLAY METHOD is a process that acknowledges that participants bring unique insights, skills and knowledge to the table and facilitates the sharing and application of these perspectives.

The workshop is a fully immersive experience for the participant and encourages active participation that is supported by skilled facilitation.

The workshop builds layers of insights and new knowledge that culminates in the participants being able to commit to the guiding principles they have developed and have ownership over.

Session outcomes:

• Identify and explore values, passions and concerns.
• Explore aspirations.
• Identify blocks/barriers and opportunities
• Establish 2/3 guiding principles to move towards aspirations.
