New Curious Leader Series
Following the success of our first cohort and continued demand, we are delighted to launch a new series of Curious Leader webinars.
The world of work is changing rapidly. Organisational change, increasing complexity, artificial intelligence, competing priorities and rising expectations mean that leadership is no longer about having all the answers. It is about asking better questions.
This six-part webinar series combines current research, practical tools and reflective exercises to help leaders think differently about the challenges they face every day. Participants will explore how curiosity can support better decision-making, resilience, navigating change, thoughtful use of AI and leading with greater clarity and purpose.
Sessions include:
- Too Busy to Wonder? Using Curiosity as Your Leadership Anchor
- Curiosity After Change: Finding Direction in Uncertainty
- Leading with Integrity in Complex Systems
- Working Wisely with AI
- Leading with Intention in an Uninterrupted World
- Hope as a Leadership Practice
Designed for leaders, managers, aspiring leaders and professionals across all disciplines, the Curious Leader Series offers practical insights and tools to help navigate uncertainty with confidence, compassion and curiosity.
Participants can attend individual webinars or complete the full series.

Leadership and Management Framework Regional Community of Practice
Leadership and Management Framework Regional Community of Practice
We are delighted to invite colleagues from across the North East and Yorkshire to our next Regional Community of Practice.
This will take place on:
Wednesday 4 November
10.00am-1.00pm
Mercure Darlington Kings Hotel
Since January, our Community of Practice has brought together colleagues leading implementation within their organisations to share experiences, discuss challenges and learn from one another. This face-to-face session will provide time for networking and discussion as we implement the Framework.
What’s on the agenda?
The session will include:
- A national update and discussion on Leadership and Management Framework data collection, led by colleagues from the national team.
- An interactive World Café discussion, exploring how we can make the Framework meaningful for staff and support successful implementation across organisations.
- Opportunities to network with peers, share learning and identify priorities for ongoing regional collaboration.
Why attend?
This event is aimed at colleagues involved in the strategic or organisational implementation of the Framework.
It offers an opportunity to:
- Hear directly from the national team and ask questions about data collection and reporting requirements.
- Share ideas and learn from implementation experiences across the region.
- Explore common challenges and solutions with peers.
- Build connections and take away ideas that can support implementation within your own organisation.
This is a valuable opportunity to learn from others, share experiences and take away ideas that can support your local approach.
