Coaching Café 2025 – Exploring Our Humanity as Coaches

We’re excited to announce that the dates for our 2025 Coaching Cafés are being released soon!

These virtual gatherings are designed to create a welcoming space where coaches can connect, share learning and resources, and inspire and support one another.

This year, we’ll be focusing on a powerful and timely theme: our humanity as coaches in a world increasingly shaped by AI. As David Clutterbuck reflects in the foreword to The Human Behind the Coach, “one of the things that distinguishes a human coach from an artificially intelligent (AI) robot is our humanity.”

Inspired by Claire Pedrick and Lucia Baldelli’s 2023 book, we’ll explore how great coaches transform themselves first—and how this transformation deepens the impact of their work. Each Café will be a stand-alone session, yet together they’ll build on the core question: What contributes to our humanity as coaches?

We have released the 21st July – Theme 1. Creating a Coaching Container. Join us as we revisit foundational coaching skills and reflect on what makes our presence truly human – Book your place here . Hold dates: 11/09/2025 19/11/2025 16/01/2026 09/03/2026 (2:00-4:00pm)
