Career and Interview Skills Workshop

This workshop will focus on exploring your personal career journey, preparing for interview and feeling able to bring your “best self”. Join us for an opportunity to connect with peers from across the region, and to explore:
▪ Insights into the interview process
▪ Reflections and actions to improve your interview experience.
▪ Seeing your personal strengths
▪ How to interview with confidence, and give great answers using the STARR model.
▪ Practical tips – avoiding ‘weasel words’, shaking off imposter syndrome and pragmatic actions before, during and after an interview.

Following the workshop all attendees will receive a digital workbook of key concepts, helpful questions and reflective prompts.
