A key component of GMTS is an eight-week flexi placement which enables trainees to gain work experience outside of their two main placements. We are aware that there are lots of organisations in the North East which could offer trainees a fantastic insight into the health and care system, and which could benefit from an additional resource for eight weeks. With trainees specialising in Finance, General Management, Human Resources Health Informatics, Health Analysis and Policy and Strategy, we would be delighted to hear from you if you have a great idea for a placement.
