These training sessions are aimed at current and prospective GMTS Programme and Placement Managers and will provide an insight to the Graduate Management Training Scheme, the journey of the trainee and the roles and expectations of Programme and Placement Managers. They will also cover basics such as, how to use the online trainee management tool, GENI and give individuals an opportunity to ask questions about their role.
These online sessions have been scheduled to run regularly over the course of the year, they are hosted by all of our regions but managers can sign up to any session regardless of host.
