The NHS 10 Year Plan Demands Collaborative Leadership – Are You Ready?
Deadline Extended: System Collaborative Programme
Fit for the Future: 10 Year Health Plan calls for a fundamental reimagining of healthcare delivery. But transformation doesn’t happen in isolation. It requires collaborative leadership across organisational boundaries – exactly what the System Collaborative Programme delivers.
The programme is designed for teams striving to improve population health and inequalities by working across organisational boundaries and helps individuals to develop the collaborative leadership skills needed to tackle challenges, build trust, and deliver better health outcomes for their communities.
Who should apply?
Your collaborative can be multidisciplinary, cross-organisational, or cross-agency. The key requirement is that your team is working to lead initiatives that improve health outcomes for your patients, population and community. Examples include:
- Multi-Agency Project Teams working on neighbourhood health services
- Digital Transformation Collaboratives implementing AI and technology solutions
- Population Health Teams developing preventative care approaches
- Transformation teams creating new service delivery models

Introducing Future-Fit Leadership
The NHS 10 Year Plan represents a radical shift in the way services are delivered, and in order to respond to the three shifts (hospital to community, analogue to digital, and sickness to prevention) leaders need to embrace new possibilities, skills and technology.
Future-Fit Leadershipis a series of six short stand-alone masterclasses designed to inspire, share best practice and create positive thinking around the possibilities for the future. Topics include career agility, adaptive leadership, AI and psychological maturity, and each session is designed as micro-learning bursts to fuel participates with ideas for action with themselves and their teams.

NHS Elect Career Webinars
We are pleased to announce two career webinars in collaboration with NHS Elect.
A career planning webinar which will help you to explore the impact of career change, provide an opportunity for review and reflection, explore what aspects of work bring excitement, where your strengths and interests lie and what these might tell you about future career choices inside or outside the NHS. This will include assessing transferable skills, making informed decisions, considering your career path and planning your next steps.

In our Coaching café, our aim is to create a virtual space where coaches could come to meet other coaches to be with, share learning, resources and inspire and support each other.
For the rest of 2025 we are exploring the themes of our humanity as coaches.

The Managers’ Toolbox is a series of practical sessions tailored for managers with at least 12 months’ experience in role – particularly those leading teams while balancing demands from across the organisation.
These new workshops focus on real-world challenges, offering tools to build high-performing teams, sustain engagement, and lead more effective meetings and more.
Manager as Coach
Manager as Coach (MAC) is a leadership programme consisting of 3 linked workshops. These can be accessed as a complete series, or in isolation, depending on your own learning needs. The aim of MAC is to support development of a coaching approach when working with individuals, or with the whole team. The programme is aimed at managers at all levels and roles, and those aspiring to their first management role.
Join us to gain insight and skills into how you can give and receive feedback to support appraisal, talent enablement conversations etc.
Leading Together: Creating Solutions through System Leadership.
This series consists of five concise, stand-alone masterclasses, tailored for individuals whose work involves collaboration across teams, organisations, or system boundaries. The sessions are designed to help leaders strengthen their understanding of system leadership and systems thinking, foster culture and vision within a system, and enhance their ability to work collaboratively at place and system level to improve services and population health within their area.
