Managers Toolbox – Effective Delegation Through Change

The Managers’ Toolbox is a series of practical sessions tailored for managers with at least 12 months’ experience in role – particularly those leading teams while balancing demands from across the organisation.

These new workshops focus on real-world challenges, offering tools to build high-performing teams, sustain engagement, and lead more effective meetings and more.

By the end of the workshop, participants will:

1. Be more able to use delegation as a tool to support time and focus management during
periods of change
2. Feel confident in ensuring delegated tasks are completed safely and reliably under
pressure
3. Understand the developmental value of delegation in building initiative and trust in
teams
4. Recognise how effective delegation can support team resilience through uncertainty
