Executive Development Offer: Leadership for the Future: The Disruption Unity Gap

This workshop has been developed following the close work with the NHS throughout the COVID pandemic. The model (The Disruption-Unity Gap) outlines how leaders should lead their teams into the future.
Working closely with hundreds of senior leaders from over 120 trusts, both unity AND disruption are crucial to the success and resilience of a team. A leader’s job is to aim to strike a constant balance between the two.
The model: ‘The Disruption-Unity Gap’ is designed to help them do exactly that.
Participants will be introduced to the 4 key states of a team:

» Negative Disruption
» Positive Unity
» Negative Unity
