  1. Manage Things, Lead People
    Thursday 28th March 2024 at 09:00am – 11:00am

This webinar explores the research of Stephen M.R Covey to demonstrate the fundamental shifts modern leaders need to make in the way they view both their role and their people. It starts with extending trust.

When employees are managed like things, not led as individuals, they quite literally become less animated about what they do.

Discover the research-validated language, framework and process for building leaders who unleash potential, connect authentically and inspire heartfelt commitment from stressed teams in changing times.

•        Why trust is the #1 leadership competency needed today

•        How to quantify the tangible cost of low trust on your organisation

  1. Strategy, Set, Go: Deliver Results That Matter
    Friday 10th May 2024 at 10:30am – 12am

While the tactics needed to support a culture of high performance have changed over the past few years,  the underlying principles of effective execution remain the same. Moving both individuals and goals forward requires four things: focus, leverage, engagement, and accountability. If it’s not systemic or destabilising change, a lack in just one of these areas will trip even the most genius strategies and talented teams up.

This webinar explores the field-tested framework that institutionalises these four principles in organisations and turns sporadic performance into consistent, meaningful results.

•        Identifying your key objectives for the year ahead and minimising ambiguity.

•         What it means to translate top priorities into what your people do and care about each day.

•        Using technology and systems to create a winnable game at scale
