Yorkshire and the Humber-wide OD Network

The network aims to provide a safe, supportive and barrier‑free peer space where colleagues can connect, build relationships and share the brilliant practice happening locally. It’s a space for those who may sometimes feel unsure, isolated, or “not senior or clever enough,” as well as those who want to grow their confidence, deepen their practice or simply learn with others.

Our first session will be a chance to get to know one another, hear about some of the excellent OD work happening in our region, and understand the types of challenges and priorities colleagues are currently working with so we can design useful tools, learning and development opportunities together.
