Conversations with Purpose: Outcome Focussed 1:1 Using the Management Framework Self-assessment (4)

The Management & Leadership Framework (MLF) launches in 2026 and will be applicable to all managers and leaders across the NHS. Using the MLF will begin with a self-assessment to build insight to current strengths and opportunities for development.

After completing the self-assessment, all users will be guided to have a developmental conversation with their line manager.

• Structuring an outcome focussed 1:1 conversation
• Active listening skills
• Effective goal setting

Intended audience:
This workshop will be of use to anyone who has line management responsibility currently. It is open to staff at all banding levels and role types.
