An introduction in how to better understand problems and get to root-cause before we consider solutions. This workshop will:
• Share information ahead of the workshop to support the exercise below
• Explain the fundamentals of a process map, including key terminology, metrics and simple calculations
• See delegates build their own process map, step-by-step, alongside our facilitators
• Consider how to analyse our process map to get to root causes(s) of problems
• Think about how we move towards solutions by engaging the right stakeholders
• Provide you with a self-directed post-workshop exercise to help further develop your skills.
