Developing the Mentor Skill Set

Mentoring may be new to you, or something that you have not had the opportunity to offer for a while. To support you in building and refreshing your skill set we have a suite of e-resources available to you and a workshop. The workshop will provide an opportunity to refresh existing skills, explore mentoring approaches and support you in stepping into this role; our hope is that as acting as a mentor will be beneficial for you and your mentee.
Within this workshop we will explore Scarmers Levels of Listening, and consider how deepening our listening as mentors can support a shift in thinking for our mentees.
