Coaching Skills Lab

The session will be supervised by two accredited coaching supervisors and will involve:

• Using the coach/coachee/observer model – participants will use the time to explore these roles, provide feedback and develop confidence

• The supervisor(s) will be on hand to observe participants whilst they practice and also provide supervision space to agree ways of working and a summative session, to enhance learning

• The session will give participants an opportunity to re-build coaching networks and connections.
