Applications Now Open: Mary Seacole Local Programme
Are you a first-time or emerging leader looking to grow your leadership skills?
The Mary Seacole Local Programme is a six-month leadership development programme, co-designed with global experts and delivered by experienced facilitators.
Through a blend of structured online learning (approx. 100 hours) and six interactive half-day virtual workshops, you’ll develop the essential skills to lead with confidence and impact.

First-time or emerging leaders from across health and care
Programme Costs
- If you work for an organisation within the NELA partnership, your place on the programme will be funded (no cost to you or your organisation).
- If your organisation is not part of the NELA partnership, a fee of £150 will apply.

Workshop 1a – Monday, 9 February 2026, 9:00am – 12:30pm
Workshop 1b – Monday, 16 February 2026, 9:00am – 12:30pm
Workshop 2a – Monday, 20 April 2026, 9:00am – 12:30pm
Workshop 2b – Monday, 27 April 2026, 9:00am – 12:30pm
Workshop 3a – Monday, 22 June 2026, 9:00am – 12:30pm
Workshop 3b – Monday, 29 June 2026, 9:00am – 12:30pm
