Professional Identity Workshop for ARRS Practitioners
This 2 hour workshop, exclusively for ARRS practitioners*, will be delivered by Fiona Chatten and will examine professional identity and its role in integrated working, enabling attendees to better understand how they can help themselves and others feel supported and flourish in the multi-professional ARRS teams. It will explore identity theory, the latest research and real-life examples to explain some of the feelings, reactions and issues that people might be experiencing. Attendees will be supported to explore practical solutions to create positive outcomes, helping them to feel secure in their roles and form a wider identity with their multi-professional colleagues. Attendees will be encouraged to reflect and share their experiences throughout the session to make this as meaningful and useful as possible.
*Due to funding arrangements bookings will be only accepted from those working in ARRS roles.
