Team focused Session

The course is aimed at people working in operational management and holds the function of recruiting people, HR, wellbeing, resourcing. If this course is oversubscribed, you will be placed on a waiting list and you will be notified of future dates/ events.

The session is designed for staff working across the recruitment pathway and those directly responsible for hiring staff.

The session will cover:

• A talent management Perspective: from Theory to Practice
• Before the advert: The equality lens Writing the advert and things to consider
• Preparing the panel and shortlisting
• Preparing the interview candidates
• Interview, outcome and feedback

This session will be held virtually.
