This workshop forms part of the management toolkit and will focus on skills and models for presenting with confidence so that your message resonates and drives action. You will have opportunity for personal reflection, to connect and learn with/from your peers across the region. In the session we will explore:

Presenting with confidence – what does that mean to you?A strengths-based approach
Simple ways to structure your presentations to create a compelling story
Focusing on purpose – drawing on Simon Sinek’s golden circle and marketing models
Tailoring your presentation to your audience
Helpful models and tips for engagement – in virtual and in-person settings
Top tips for before, during and after presentations

Following the workshop all attendees will receive a CPD certificate and a digital workbook of key concepts, helpful questions and reflective prompts that you can keep coming back to.
