Quiet Leadership Programme
Quiet Leadership Programme
4 weekly Zoom sessions (60 minutes each) – starting 9th February 2026
Leadership in the Smallest of Actions
What if leadership isn’t about the loudest voice or biggest initiative, but about the footprints we leave through everyday actions?
A Different Approach
Quiet Leadership views your workplace as an ecosystem where every action, word, and connection matters. This research-based approach focuses on humility, kindness, fairness, and grace—recognising that leadership isn’t confined to titles but expressed in how we show up for others and build trust.
The Programme
Join Julian Stodd, author of ‘The Quiet Leadership Guidebook’ for an intimate four-week journey exploring leadership as daily practice through:
- Guided reflection and storytelling
- Meaningful conversations about leadership in small actions
- Connection with NHS peers in a supportive learning space
Open to everyone—this is a social movement, not just a programme.
Why Now
As the NHS navigates distributed care models, digital transformation, and increasing complexity, Quiet Leadership offers a framework for moving forward with curiosity and courage.
What You’ll Gain
- Deeper understanding of your leadership impact
- Enhanced resilience and adaptability
- Stronger empathy and authenticity
- Insight into how your actions shape culture
As Julian Stodd says: “The first three steps of a 10,000-step journey.”
