The Mary Seacole Programme Celebration Event
On Tuesday 21st November, we held a celebration event for participants of the Mary Seacole Local Leadership Programme, hosted at Durham University.
The day included inspirational speeches from programme participants, who shared their personal journeys of completing the programme and reflected on their experiences and learning since then.
The event also featured a session where participants had the opportunity to explore their career journeys and discuss future aspirations, facilitated by Mandi Sherlock Storey.
Participants were awarded their Mary Seacole Local certificates and Mary Seacole pin badges.
The day was a success, providing everyone the chance to gather in person and celebrate their achievements.
