New Look Appraisal Hub

We are excited to let you know that the refreshed HLM Appraisal Hub and brand-new Support Hub is now live.

The HLM Appraisal Hub has had a visual refresh: we’ve updated the colour palette from ‘Level 4: NHS Highlights’ to ‘Level 1: NHS Blues’ and ‘Level 2: NHS Neutrals’.

After 10 years, it was time for a new look! The platform itself remains the same, so you can continue to access it just as you always have – only now, it’s got a cleaner and more modern look and feel.

New Support Hub
We’ve upgraded the HLM Support Hub to a new platform, allowing us to make any updates or changes instantly so you always have the most current resources at your fingertips. The new Support Hub is designed to be more helpful and accessible for all who use it. Key improvements include:

  • User journeys for participants, facilitators, raters, and organisations, making it easier to find relevant guidance.
  • Anchor buttons to navigate quickly to the section you need, reducing information overload.
  • Streamlined user guides containing only the essential information for each task, making guidance more welcoming and easier to use.
  • New resources, including a Facilitator Toolkit, an overview of the HLM 360 Leadership Development Journey for participants, and a HLM 360 New Facilitator Training Flyer.

We’re already working on more resources, and we’d love to hear from you if there’s anything you’d like to see added 😃

The Support Hub can be accessed via the Appraisal Hub banner as before – make sure you bookmark it for easy access! The platform is a dynamic system, which means content automatically adjusts to the device and screen size being used. You can manually zoom in or zoom out as required via your browser, but please let us know if you need any support with this.
