Introduction to Leadership and Management programme – Cohort 5

Due to high demand for Cohorts 3 and 4, we have added an additional cohort of our Introduction to Leadership and Management programme!

We have four places available, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop leadership skills.

This Introduction to Leadership and Management Programme provides a comprehensive development package, enabling participants to build confidence and leadership capability in the workplace.

This programme is aimed at aspiring managers or managers in their first year of experience, wanting to build their leadership capability. Participants can be from clinical and non-clinical backgrounds and across pay bands.

Workshop Dates

All workshops will be delivered virtually from 10am – 1pm.

All sessions are mandatory, please therefore only apply if you are available for all dates.

If you wish to participate in the programme you must complete an application form through Microsoft Forms.

It is important that you have full support from your organisation to take part in the programme. You must therefore identify a sponsor and provide their contact details (Normally your line manager) in the application form.

  • Practical tools that you can sprinkle into your day from waking up to going to sleep.

The aim of MAC is to support development of a coaching approach when working with individuals, or with the whole team. The programme is aimed at managers at all levels and roles, and those aspiring to their first management role.

Exploring Organisational Culture Series:

Organisational culture can be defined as the values, beliefs, attitudes, systems, and rules that boundary and influence behaviours and responses within an organization. The culture reflects how staff, customers and stakeholders experience an organisation and the services offered.

Nursing & Midwifery Career Development Workshops

These workshops are offered to support Band 5/6 nurses and midwives working across the region.
