This programme is designed to encourage and develop positive and people centred leadership practices in the NHS. We will use the NHS People Promise as a conceptual framework throughout.
What will I gain?
The programme aim is to develop a culture of inclusive leadership, where everyone feels able to show their leadership capabilities and provide a platform for existing and emerging leaders to stretch themselves.

How will we work together?
We will meet virtually for 6 x 3 hour sessions to connect and learn together linked to the people plan and the session themes we have identified. We will access a range of additional resources to watch, listen or read and to then reflect and apply to our practices as individuals and within our teams and organisations.
We will
- Facilitate 6 masterclass style well paced and experiential sessions (knowing)
- Offer a range of self directed linked activities (ted talks, podcasts, reading and resources to build self awareness and understanding (being)
- Guide you through reflective activities to apply skills and concepts we have explored (doing)

What happens after the programme?
We plan to create an alumni of leaders who will meet on an ongoing basis as a self facilitated group of individuals supported by NEYLA
This is an exciting opportunity to come together to explore self, teams and organisations working cross organisationally with a challenging and current set of resources and materials.
