HOPE Programme: Open to Applications

HOPE (Hospitals across EurOPE) is open to applications for the 2024 programme, which will run 13 May – 9 June.

HOPE provides the opportunity for staff with managerial responsibility to take part in an exchange programme, enabling the sharing of ideas and experiences. Individual participants must be NHS staff from a managerial or clinical role, and will be hosted by an organisation from another country.

NHS organisations, and those providing NHS funded services, can apply to host. Generally 2-3 participants form differing backgrounds will be hosted by an organisation, with hosts supported by a National Coordinator to plan an immersive, developmental 4 week programme.

HOPE is an exchange between countries, rather than organisations, meaning that there no expectation that hosts must send a participant and vice versa. Where this is possible it will increase the impact of shared learning.
