Flexible Working: Making it Happen

When: 16th March 2023 – 10am – 12pm

Where: Microsoft Teams

Booking Link: Flexible Working ‘Making it Happen’ | NHS England Events

This event (offered by NHS England) is an opportunity to hear from colleagues from across the NHS on Flexible Working; showcasing stories of success and providing the space to create connections and enable collaboration. We hope to showcase successes from different areas, including flexible working and e-rostering, flexible working in a clinical setting and advertising with flex and will continue to add to our agenda.

This is an interactive session where we will hear from speakers from across the NHS who have been using and enabling flexible working in their teams and organisations. The session will include breakout rooms to explore themes in more detail.

The event promises to be engaging and interactive, with lots of opportunity to network with others across the country, consider best practice through case study presentations, as well as to learn from subject matter experts.

The event is aimed at all NHS staff, allowing us to share the good practice and success stories across a much wider audience. We will be focussing on those who have a connection to Flexible Working such as workforce and OD leads and Ward and Rota managers, but also those in leadership positions who have a responsibility to support staff flexible working requests. Any questions about this event or the Flexible Working project should be sent to [email protected]
