DESCRIPTION:This workshop forms part of the management toolkit and will focus on skills and models for presenting with confidence so that your message resonates and drives action. You will have opportunity for personal reflection\, to connect and learn with/from your peers across the region. In the session we will explore: \nPresenting with confidence – what does that mean to you?A strengths-based approach\nSimple ways to structure your presentations to create a compelling story\nFocusing on purpose – drawing on Simon Sinek’s golden circle and marketing models\nTailoring your presentation to your audience\nHelpful models and tips for engagement – in virtual and in-person settings\nTop tips for before\, during and after presentations \nFollowing the workshop all attendees will receive a CPD certificate and a digital workbook of key concepts\, helpful questions and reflective prompts that you can keep coming back to.

SUMMARY:L&M Framework Regional CoP
DESCRIPTION:To support planning for implementation of the Management and Leadership Framework across the region we have offered a Community of Practice (CoP) since January 2026. This will now continue\, as a whole region CoP as we move toward launch of the framework. \nThe CoP is open to all staff working across the region to support implementation of the framework within their own organisations\, and is open to all health organisations across the region. Each CoP will have a theme to structure conversations and exploration of ideas such as appraisals\, data and activity reporting\, recruitment strategies etc. \nNB: These sessions are not intended to support individuals seeking to use the framework within their own development\, or line managers supporting their teams through self-assessment and goal setting. The focus will be on strategic organisational implementation\, with an assumption that all attendees have established a baseline understanding of the framework and its aims. \nPlease be aware that joining instructions for this event will be sent out seven days before the scheduled day.\nIf you register with the waiting list\, please hold this date in your diary as last minute cancellations may happen. We’ll do our best to give as much notice as we can should a place become available.
