DESCRIPTION:Managers Toolbox: The Transformational Power of Building Trust \nThe Managers Toolbox offers a series of sessions with the aim of strengthening and developing skills and awareness around managing people\, processes and problem solving. These workshops are open to staff holding a line management role\, which has opportunities for cross boundary working. \nThis workshop will give an opportunity to consider the positive impact trust has on how we communicate\, collaborate\, and create a thriving team culture. This session is for you if you seek to gain insight and explore actionable steps to make a difference today! \nKey Learning Outcomes:\n– Consider team and organisational benefits of building a high trust environment.\n– Explore the neuroscience of trust and how it affects our brain chemistry.\n– Understand how our emotions and behaviours change in high and low trust environments.\n– Explore and identify where negative stress is having a detrimental impact on you and others\, and strategies to overcome this\n– Explore strategies to build trust in your team. \nPlease be aware that joining instructions for this event will be sent out seven days before the scheduled day. \nIf you register with the waiting list\, please hold this date in your diary as last minute cancellations may happen. DESCRIPTION:Managers Toolbox: Self Management \nThe Managers Toolbox offers a series of sessions with the aim of strengthening and developing skills and awareness around managing people\, processes and problem solving. These workshops are open to staff holding a line management role\, which has opportunities for cross boundary working. \nFew people ever they have more than enough hours in the day; exploring how we can better apply self-management by considering time management\, and seeing the\npriorities. This requires some self-reflection; join us for an engaging workshop which will include:\n• Calendar/diary management\, time blocking\, creating boundaries\n• The ‘Eisenhower Matrix’ for prioritisation\n• How to develop and maintain focus\n• Hints and tips on maintaining self-management\, including cycles of planning and\nreview\n• Email management \nBy attending this workshop participants will be able to:\n1. Become more aware of the tools and approaches available for self-management\n2. Have developed their own approach to self-management\n3.
