DESCRIPTION:PLEASE REGISTER BELOW. \nWho is this event aimed at? Trained HLM 360 facilitators \nThis participative session will provide trained HLM facilitators with the opportunity to re-visit the HLM 360 report and to explore the impact of virtual feedback \nAll HLM facilitators must complete 2 feedback sessions per year to maintain registration. Attending a refresher session will now count towards this activity. If you aware that you have not been able to maintain your registration this session will focus on the report structure\, using a “dummy” report to enable practice in a safe and supported environment. \nBy attending this session participants will \n• Refresh their knowledge and understanding of the HLM 360 report \n• Explore and practice core coaching skills of questioning and listening in the context of HLM feedback facilitation \n• Enhance self-awareness in their role as HLM facilitator \n• Identify actions for enhancing their HLM feedback facilitation practice \n• Share learning and contribute to the building of a supportive HLM facilitator community of practice \nThere are no additional assessed elements in the refresher session\, but all delegates will be sent a dummy report to review in advance of the session. Your learning will be enhanced by taking time to read this\, and consider how you would work with this person as a client

DESCRIPTION:The Coaching Network is open to anyone actively coaching across the North East & Yorkshire region. These events are open to those who have completed an accredited programme\, are working as an internal coach for their organisations\, or are underway with training.  \nThis is an opportunity to come together with like-minded people from diverse organisations. Each session runs for 2.5 hours and includes updates on national and local initiatives\, an opportunity to learn from the work of other organisations and a chance for some networking.

DESCRIPTION:Trauma informed coaching happens when the coach understands trauma dynamics\, how they appear in coaching\, and how to respond.  All this within established coaching boundaries and contracts.  It is not about working in a different way or with clients who are better served by working with a counsellor or therapist.  This introductory session will support participants to : \n  \n\nHave an awareness of what trauma informed coaching is and why it is important.\nBe able to define trauma and have a way to think about it\nHave an awareness of how trauma presents in coaching\nDeepen their understanding of trauma informed practise in action\nBe aware of what this means for the coach\nHave a sense of the boundary with therapy and how to manage it\n\n
