This workshop will: \n• Share information ahead of the workshop to support the exercise below\n• Explain the fundamentals of a process map\, including key terminology\, metrics and simple calculations\n• See delegates build their own process map\, step-by-step\, alongside our facilitators\n• Consider how to analyse our process map to get to root causes(s) of problems\n• Think about how we move towards solutions by engaging the right stakeholders\n• Provide you with a self-directed post-workshop exercise to help further develop your skills. \nThis workshop is stand alone but prior attendance of Improvement Fundamentals #1 may be helpful.
