SUMMARY:Interview Skills Development
DESCRIPTION:About the workshop\nThis workshop will focus on skills and models for preparing for interview. The goal is for you to feel confident the experience\, skills and qualities you have to offer and be able to translate this in your interview. You will have opportunity for personal reflection and to connect and learn with peers across the region. In the session we will explore: \n▪ The interview process – what it is\, what it isn’t\, and what interviewers are looking for.\n▪ Reflections and actions to improve your interview experience – so you feel calm\, confident and authentic.\n▪ Your experience and personal strengths.\n▪ Frameworks for giving relevant and compelling answers e.g. STARR/CAMP models.\n▪ Practical tips – for before\, during and after an interview. \nFollowing the workshop all attendees will receive a CPD certificate and a digital workbook of key concepts\, helpful questions and reflective prompts that you can keep coming back to.
