DESCRIPTION:An introduction to the mindset\, thinking and principles that underpin successful improvement. This workshop will: \n• Share ahead of the workshop\, a series of thought-pieces to stimulate curiosity and help you think about how best to approach improvement\n• Introduce some key thinking and principles\n• Provide a 5-step approach to guide your improvements\n• Introduce you to the ‘Triple Aim’ of understanding problems through system\, observational and anecdotal data\n• Introduce you to the power of observation to solve problems\, with top-tips for how to observe in practice\n• Provide you with a self-directed post-workshop exercise to help further develop your skills. \nThere will be 2 sessions\, Leadership fundamentals Part #1 (09.07.26) and Leadership Fundamentals Part #2 (17.09.26) \nThese workshops will have linked themes but will be accessible as stand alone workshops.
