It will help you take care of yourself and your teams while developing practical\, evidence-based wellbeing strategies. \nThis virtual workshop is designed for colleagues who want to take care of themselves and their teams now and into the future. It will help you develop practical and evidence-based strategies\, underpinned by the science of coaching psychology. \nThe workshop includes a blend of the latest theory alongside time for reflection\, sharing\, and action planning.\nJoin former medical and public health leader Dr Fiona Day\, Chartered Psychologist in Coaching Psychology\, and set yourself up for a year of greater wellbeing for yourself and your teams! \nLearning Objectives: \n\nUnderstand why leaders’ personal wellbeing habits influence team culture\, performance and psychological safety.\nReflect on your own wellbeing and identify practical ways to manage energy\, stress and boundaries.\nPromote a culture of wellbeing within your team\nIdentify key behaviours and communication styles that help normalise wellbeing conversations at work.\nExplore strategies for encouraging openness\, compassion\, and support across teams.\n\nPlease be aware that joining instructions for this event will be sent out seven days before the scheduled day. \nIf you register with the waiting list\, please hold this date in your diary as last minute cancellations may happen.
