DESCRIPTION:This virtual series is designed for senior leaders operating at strategic level. In most organisations\, this typically corresponds to Agenda for Change Band 8 and above.  \nConscious Leadership Series – For Senior Leaders Navigating Complexity \nThis virtual series is designed for senior leaders who want to deepen their leadership impact\, build emotional resilience\, and lead effectively within complex systems. \nEach topic is explored over two non-consecutive half-day sessions. This structure allows time to reflect\, apply insights\, and return with new perspectives for deeper discussion and peer learning. \n  \nAdvanced Emotional Intelligence \nPeople look to senior leaders not just for decisions\, but for emotional tone\, clarity and stability during change and uncertainty. \nThis advanced session goes beyond the basics of emotional intelligence. It focuses on your ability to lead yourself\, lead others\, and stay attuned to the emotional dynamics of your operating system. \nLearning objectives: \n• Deepen your understanding of emotional intelligence in high-stakes leadership\n• Recognise and respond to the emotional signals around you – in people\, teams and systems\n• Understand your emotional patterns and triggers\, especially under pressure\n• Use emotional intelligence to build trust\, maintain psychological safety\, and lead through challenge\n• Develop strategies to regulate your emotional impact – consciously and consistently\n• Apply advanced EI to navigate change\, resistance and difficult conversations \nBooking Information:To participate in this two-part workshop and attendance at both sessions are required. \n2nd December 2025 1:00 – 4:00pm \n9th December 2025 9:30 – 12:30pm  \n(Please add both dates to your dairy\, a joining link for session 2 will be sent to those that attend session 1)
