DESCRIPTION:The Managers’ Toolbox is a series of practical sessions tailored for managers with at least 12 months’ experience in role – particularly those leading teams while balancing demands from across the organisation. \nThese new workshops focus on real-world challenges\, offering tools to build high-performing teams\, sustain engagement\, and lead more effective meetings and more. \nPurpose:\n– Embracing the role of empathetic leadership\, fostering a psychologically safe culture\, and supporting colleagues’ well-being.\n– What actions do we need to take as leaders that will have a positive impact. \nHighlights:\n– How does change and uncertainty impact us at a human level.\n– Explore the VUCA model (Volatility\, Uncertainty\, Complexity and Ambiguity) and what leadership approaches mitigate the negative impact on colleagues.\n– Explore the key areas:\no The power of engaging in meaningful connection and building trust.\no Overview of psychological safety and its role in fostering the optimal culture:\nWhat’s your zone: anxiety\, apathy\, comfort or learning and growth.\nHow this can positively or negatively impact you\, your colleagues\, and the team.\no Supporting colleagues’ well-being through activation of practical strategies. \n
