SUMMARY:Conscious Leadership Series: Power\, Politics and Organisational Culture (2 Day Workshop)
DESCRIPTION:This virtual series is designed for senior leaders operating at strategic level. In most organisations\, this typically corresponds to Agenda for Change Band 8 and above. \nConscious Leadership Series – For Senior Leaders Navigating Complexity \nThis virtual series is designed for senior leaders who want to deepen their leadership impact\, build emotional resilience\, and lead effectively within complex systems. \nEach topic is explored over two non-consecutive half-day sessions. This structure allows time to reflect\, apply insights\, and return with new perspectives for deeper discussion and peer learning. \nAttendance at both sessions is required. \nPower\, Politics and Organisational Culture \nAn opportunity for senior leaders to step back\, see the whole system\, and reflect on how power is used\, distributed\, and perceived within their organisation and beyond. \nThis session explores how political dynamics\, cultural norms\, and unspoken rules influence how decisions are made and how you lead. It offers a safe\, challenging space to share insight with peers and consider how to lead with greater influence\, clarity and intent. \nLearning objectives: \n• Develop a system-wide view of your organisation’s political and cultural environment\n• Explore different forms of power – formal\, informal\, relational – and how they show up in leadership\n• Examine your influence and how others experience it\n• Identify how organisational culture is shaped – and how it can be shifted\n• Understand how values\, behaviours and hidden rules affect how things get done\n• Strengthen your leadership practice to work more effectively with complexity and ambiguity \nBooking Information:To participate in this two-part workshop and attendance at both sessions is required. \n30th September 2025 1:00-4:00pm \n9th October 2025  9:30- 12:30pm \n(Please add both dates to your diary – a joining link for session 2 will be provided to those that attend session 1)
