SUMMARY:Career and Interview Skills Workshop
DESCRIPTION:This workshop will focus on exploring your personal career journey\, preparing for interview and feeling able to bring your “best self”. Join us for an opportunity to connect with peers from across the region\, and to explore:\n▪ Insights into the interview process\n▪ Reflections and actions to improve your interview experience.\n▪ Seeing your personal strengths\n▪ How to interview with confidence\, and give great answers using the STARR model.\n▪ Practical tips – avoiding ‘weasel words’\, shaking off imposter syndrome and pragmatic actions before\, during and after an interview. \nFollowing the workshop all attendees will receive a digital workbook of key concepts\, helpful questions and reflective prompts. \nPlease be aware that joining instructions for this event will be sent out seven days before the scheduled day. \nIf you register with the waiting list\, please hold this date in your diary as last minute cancellations may happen. We’ll do our best to give as much notice as we can should a place become available.
