SUMMARY:Putting Participation into Action: Roundtable Event
DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a breakfast roundtable event\, hosted by NHS Leadership Academy North East & Yorkshire\, in partnership with  West Yorkshire ICB and New Citizen Project\, to celebrate the launch of their latest report\, and to explore how all Integrated Care Systems might learn from their work across West Yorkshire\, supporting teams to adopt co-production approaches. \nThis session hosted by the New Citizen Project team and Professor Becky Malby (Non-executive member\, Citizens and Future Generations\, NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board)\, celebrates the launch of the report Putting Participation into Action and will explore how all Integrated Care Systems might learn from their work across West Yorkshire\, supporting teams to adopt co-production approaches. \nThe objectives of the event are: \n• Introduce the Putting Participation into Action programme\n• Share the stories of individual teams within West Yorkshire ICB\, focusing on the impact of co-production approaches for Integrated Care Partnerships and Integrated Care Boards.\n• Create space for reflections and discussion from participants around how we might take forward the recommendations in the report \nThe event is aimed at: Leaders from within Integrated Care Systems\, interested in supporting greater use of co-production approaches \n

DESCRIPTION:This interactive workshop is aimed at managers at all levels and roles\, and those aspiring to their first management role. Join us to gain insight and skills in the key leadership skill of how to start\, hold and complete a transformational conversation. \nMany managers find it difficult to step away from solution giving responses. Developing this leadership skill can support you in empowering and engaging your teams though relationships grounded in trust. If you recognise the need to have impactful\, quality conversations in the workplace\, this workshop could be for you. \nThis session will explore \nWhat are the building blocks of a coaching conversation? \nWhen to have a coaching conversation \nWhen not to have a coaching conversation \nNB: This workshop is focused on the leadership skill set and is not positioned as coach training\, or as coaching CPD.
