DESCRIPTION:Session Description: This session will apply a systems lens to the challenges middle leaders face when dealing with various forms of conflict and how this effects their organisational culture. \nAim: To enable middle leaders to understand conflict\, how conflict dynamics affect their relationships and explore conflict transformation. \nLearning objectives:   \nParticipants are able to identify different types of conflict. \nParticipants are able to recognise tactics that perpetuate conflict. \nParticipants are able to recognise their approach to conflict. \nParticipants are able to collaborate to change their culture. \n  \nPlease note\, this session will be held virtually. \n  \nThis session is fully booked\, please register your interest on the waiting list.
