DESCRIPTION:Session Description: This session will apply a systems lens to the challenges Executive Leaders face when dealing with various forms of conflict in their systems. \nAim: To enable executive leaders to understand drivers of conflict\, how conflict dynamics affect their systems and explore conflict transformation. \nLearning objectives:   \nParticipants are able to identify different types of conflict in their systems. \nParticipants are able to recognise tactics that perpetuate conflict. \nParticipants are able to recognise their approach to conflict. \nParticipants are able to collaborate on system change. \n  \nPlease note\, this session will be held virtually. \nThis event is now fully booked\, please register your interest on the waiting list.
