SUMMARY:HLM 360 - CPD & Refresher
DESCRIPTION:All HLM facilitators must complete 1 feedback sessions per year to maintain registration. If you feel the need to refresh your use of the reports\, this session is for you. This participative session will provide trained HLM facilitators with the opportunity to re-visit the HLM 360 report and to explore the impact of virtual feedback \nBy attending this session participants will: \n\nRefresh their knowledge and understanding of the HLM 360 report\nExplore and practice core coaching skills of questioning and listening in the context of HLM feedback facilitation\nEnhance self-awareness in their role as HLM facilitator\nIdentify actions for enhancing their HLM feedback facilitation practice\nShare learning and contribute to the building of a supportive HLM facilitator community of practice\n\nAttending a refresher session will no longer count toward HLM activity\, and attendance will not allow lapsed facilitators to re-join the register
