DESCRIPTION:The Global Code of Ethics asks all coaches to hold qualifications to perform and to be engaged with CPD and Supervision. Accessing supervision is a key element in supporting wellbeing and development of coaches and coaching.  \n Supervision Café is an opportunity for accredited coaches to join group supervision. This will provide a space to explore current challenges within practice. This will be informal\, facilitated supervision providing:  \n• Storytelling – sharing our experiences (good and bad) of our work with clients and the associated learning  \n• Exploring challenges – a space to think through barriers to practice  \n• Celebrating success –recognising our shared and individual impact\, and exploring how we can replicate this  \n• Future need – collating themes to support the planning of future supervision and CPD \nPlease follow this link to sign up on Eventbrite.
