OD Network: What is happening with leadership? A workshop for OD practitioners

The Messenger review of Health and Social Care Leadership * concluded that strengthening leadership and embedding the best examples of management is critical to delivering the best possible care, tackling the COVID-19 backlog and addressing health disparities.

This OD network event will support an exploration of current thinking and practice re post-pandemic leadership and leadership development

• Consider the current context – the prevailing environment and challenges for leadership in our organisations and system
• Examine current thinking on leadership- trends and future models
• Explore the implications for leadership and leadership development and share examples of our practice
