Lego Serious Play for Supervisors

The workshop is a fully immersive experience for the participant and encourages active participation that is supported by skilled facilitation.

The workshop builds layers of insights and new knowledge that culminates in the participants being able to commit to the guiding principles they have developed and have ownership over.

 

Workshop flow:

Part 1: Introduction.

Part 2: Skill building and storytelling.

Part 3:  Individual identity.

Part 4: Visioning the future: aspirations and growth

Part 5: Blocks/barriers/opportunities

Part 6: Identifying simple guiding principles.

 

This session will be held at Palatine House and following the Lego serious Play session, there will be 1 hour of group supervision to explore specific case work further.
