This virtual session is designed for Senior Leaders (typically Agenda for Change Band 8 and above) who want to take care of themselves and their teams now and into the future.
This virtual workshop is designed for colleagues who want to take care of themselves and their teams now and into the future. It will help you develop practical and evidence-based strategies, underpinned by the science of coaching psychology. The workshop includes a blend of the latest theory alongside time for reflection, sharing, and action planning.
Join former medical and public health leader Dr Fiona Day, Chartered Psychologist in Coaching Psychology, and set yourself up for a year of greater wellbeing for yourself and your teams!
Learning Objectives:
- Recognise your own role in modelling wellbeing
- Understand why leaders’ personal wellbeing habits influence team culture, performance and psychological safety.
- Reflect on your own wellbeing and identify practical ways to manage energy, stress and boundaries
- Promote a culture of wellbeing within your team
- Identify key behaviours and communication styles that help normalise wellbeing conversations at work.
- Explore strategies for encouraging openness, compassion, and support across teams.
