HLM 360 Refresher

All accredited HLM facilitators must complete 2 feedback sessions per year to maintain their registration. If you feel the need to refresh your use of the reports, this session is for you. This participative session will provide trained HLM facilitators with the opportunity to re-visit the HLM 360 report and to explore the impact of feedback. This session will incorporate the opportunity for practice feedback using dummy reports.

By attending this session participants will
• Refresh their knowledge and understanding of the HLM 360 report
• Explore and practice core coaching skills of questioning and listening in the context of HLM feedback facilitation
• Enhance self-awareness in their role as HLM facilitator
• Identify actions for enhancing their HLM feedback facilitation practice
• Share learning and contribute to the building of a supportive HLM facilitator community of practice

Attending a refresher session will no longer count toward HLM activity, and attendance will not enable lapsed facilitators to re-join the register. This session is only open to those currently registered as HLM facilitators.

If you register with the waiting list, please hold this date in your diary as last minute cancellations may happen. We’ll do our best to give as much notice as we can should a place become available.
