Session Description: This session will apply a systems lens to the challenges Executive Leaders face when dealing with various forms of conflict in their systems.
Aim: To enable executive leaders to understand drivers of conflict, how conflict dynamics affect their systems and explore conflict transformation.
Learning objectives:
Participants are able to identify different types of conflict in their systems.
Participants are able to recognise tactics that perpetuate conflict.
Participants are able to recognise their approach to conflict.
Participants are able to collaborate on system change.
