Coaching Café: Taking the L Plates Off : Transitioning from Learner Coach to Coaching.

In our Coaching café, our aim is to create a virtual space where coaches can come to meet other coaches to share learning, resources and to inspire each other.

Each Café is a stand-alone session and share the following structure :

• Check in
• Presentation about coaching café theme; some time for self-reflection about your coaching practice.
• Break out rooms as an opportunity to share thinking and the coaching space with another coach.
• Feedback from breakout room coaching conversations.
