Career & Interview Skills Coaching
This coaching CPD session will offer a small group learning environment, following Kolb’s experiential learning cycle (experience – reflection – thinking – action). Join us for an opportunity to expand your current skills around career and interview preparation coaching.
1. Drawing on coaching (and own) experience of application and interview develop skills is identifying opportunities and challenges. Practical exercises on strengths elicitation will be shared, including the opportunity to utilise NLP approaches
2. Reflective observations on what has been experienced and the feelings present. This will support ideas generation around developing a coaching style in the context of career development.
3. Theory on how to support a coachee to prepare for interview, consider what interviewers are looking for, key models for supporting coachees such as skills audit, specific reflective prompts and the STARR model.
The session will be structured to support the practical application of theory through coaching practice and feedback. All attendees will receive

This session is open to fully accredited coaches who are registered within the coaching and mentoring hub – if you are not yet registered please access this here . Attendees will be identifiable to coachees seeking career and interview development support using the “cohorts” feature.
